A growing and more popular communication medium. Comics are a fantastic way to get information into the hands and minds of employees in a quick, story telling way. A comic lends itself to a linear story, driven by characters who can immerse themselves in both the real world of your organization, and the conceptual issues that you face.
Why you might need it
Comics can be read in under 20 minutes, contain dialogue that represents the questions and understanding that any learner might have, and use a narrator, or trusted authority to deliver the information in a story form. By placing universal characters in the storyline, learners are able to identify themselves in the story and witness the kind of behavior change you are looking to establish.
