What it is

Imagine a small deck of cards bound together with a screw. That’s a Swatch. A Swatch is the perfect product for reinforcement, on the job reminders and a way to deliver non-negotiable information to employees. A swatch can hold a series of information chunks that are ordered or part of a information set, like customer segments, product specs, stages or steps in a process, or lists.

Why you might need it

Swatches are great in a training environment to help learners identify solutions from a group of choices or as primers during any role play.
