Chat Pack
What it is
The ideal, informal on the job and management tool. A chat pack is a durable, double sided learning tool that facilitates a conversation. Great for larger chunks of content with more real estate than a card deck, chat packs can convey complex relationships and concepts. They can be sorted and sequenced and referred to in group learning situations, as well as one on one conversation.
Why you might need it
As examples, chat packs could contain content related to product knowledge and customer segmentation, enterprise culture and values, safety information or how to prepare for the day. All referenced on the job, at the point it’s most needed. Chat packs are deployed as sales support for field personnel, supervisor conversation pieces and as individual reinforcement of classroom or online training.
Every business or even business unit has a recurring range of important conversations – the Chat Pack captures the essence of these conversations and packages them visually so that consistent and predictable conversations can be had either between managers and team, employees and customers or even between teams and individuals.
