We started off as experts in adult learning and instructional design – the art and science of designing learning experiences that stick with us. Then came visual thinking – which is the ability to express ideas and concepts visually. Non-artists can be great visual thinkers – a simple line drawing is sometimes all that’s needed. It’s the thinking part that makes someone an expert. Fundamentally we’re a creative bunch which is why we’re able to offer innovative training solutions.
How We Approach Corporate Training
The work we do is of a project nature; with a clear beginning, middle and an end. Along the way, it involves multiple parties, a range of deliverables, cost and time constraints.
