What is the Trainiac approach?

What does it look like?

Environment Maps

Induction environment maps are used to explore everything that makes up your world. This is a visual representation of your organisational structure from a human and infrastructure perspective. This map encourages self-discovery and conversations about your value chain, areas in the business and how they depend on each other, various roles and how they impact each other and so much more.

Strategy cards

There are many techniques to communicate a strategy in a fun and engaging way. One of these approaches is to use puzzle cards with questions and answers to create curated chaos and high energy in the room. This technique keeps learner’s engaged and creates memorable learning moments.

Boardgames

Boardgames are great energisers and gives the learners the opportunity to show off their new knowledge. Trainiac create bespoke boardgames aligned to the specific content covered in the induction programme. These games can be played as teasers before the training to create excitement and anticipation for the programme as well as during the training itself.

Brainstorming tools

To enable self-discovery learning Trainiac make use of brainstorming tools which include maps, cards and post-it note activities

Facilitator materials

Trainiac provide detailed instructions on how to facilitate the session and all the activities. We create in depth facilitator guides which take the facilitator through the training step by step.

Learner materials

We are also able to create beautiful workbooks which the learners can use to take notes in. These workbooks can contain as little or as much content as you feel is necessary for the learner to walk away with.
