What do the time frames, business context and the learning environment look like? We look to see if we are delivering theory or teaching people to apply. Based on all this, we create a blend of learning delivered with the right tools. We know that when you make the experience fun and interactive people can learn without learning.

We are as comfortable in the classroom as we are online. We have been designing learning for 18 years and we know what works. Our teams of consultants, instructional designers, illustrators, animators, videographers, photographers, writers, digital developers and voice-over artists work to create innovative, engaging tools that are carefully crafted. We apply our interpretation of theories from Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kolbs, KirkPatrick, Honey & Mumford, Gardner etc. For each solution, the type and extent of the tools are informed by your context.
At the core of each solution is the visualisation of the content. This can take shape in various forms and sizes and is informed by your Gap and Audience. There is meaning behind everything we create be it a suitcase that opens up into a map that can be placed on the floor or table, a structure like a large tent with inner and outer walls made up of illustration of your world, or a digital solution with navigation that ‘unfolds’ to reveal activities that stimulate and encourage learning. The possibilities are endless but all centre on our experience that pictures make learning easy, fun and engaging.
The delivery mechanisms are intentionally applied. After all our work we create a programme, whether it is classroom-based, facilitated, on-the-job, digital, or blended to deliver the learning outcome. We follow up with supporting intervention conversations (posters, emails, desk drops etc), follow-ups, Gap assessments and retraining if necessary.
