Case Study 01
Values Integration in New Employee Onboarding
The Challenge
A large organisation needed to embed its core values into the onboarding experience for new employees. The challenge was moving beyond surface-level communication to create genuine behavioural alignment in the critical first weeks of employment, whilst reaching diverse employee populations across multiple locations.
Our Approach
We designed a multi-touchpoint onboarding programme that integrated values reinforcement throughout the employee journey. The approach combined digital engagement, facilitated interactions, and peer support to ensure consistent messaging and behavioural modelling. The programme was sequenced strategically to build momentum and create accountability for values-aligned behaviour during the critical onboarding period.
